PAYME / Concept under development
This notice is a draft pending confirmation of PAYME’s legal entity, controller address and privacy contact. Public forms remain disabled until those details and processing decisions are approved.
Controller and contact details
Controller: [registered company name to be confirmed]. Address: [to be confirmed]. Privacy contact: [to be confirmed]. Replace these placeholders before enabling collection. This draft is not a declaration of legal compliance.
Enquiry information and purposes
Forms request name, email, business and country where relevant, enquiry context and consent choices. Waitlist permission is specific to managing registration and related availability updates. Partnership and general enquiry processing requires an approved purpose assessment. Never submit financial credentials or identity documents.
Storage and retention
The companion plugin encrypts enquiry payloads in the WordPress database. Proposed defaults are 365 days from submission for waitlist and contact records and 730 days for partnerships. Automated activity never resets the clock. These defaults must be reviewed against actual operations. A documented, time-limited hold may defer deletion.
Email and service providers
Email delivery is disabled in plugin settings until the provider and any transfer arrangements are approved. Admin notifications omit enquiry contents. Optional marketing requires a separate checkbox and email confirmation. No CRM, advertising or analytics integration is included. Hosting and infrastructure providers must be documented by the site operator.
Individual choices and requests
Once an official privacy contact is published, use it to request access, correction, restriction, withdrawal or deletion. The operator can use WordPress verified-request export and deletion tools for plugin records. Some information may need to be retained under a documented applicable duty or hold; this must be explained to the requester.
Backups, security and changes
Hosting logs and backups sit outside the plugin’s deletion controls and need a separate policy, access controls and restoration procedure. The operator must publish current provider details, safeguards, complaint channels and notice changes before collection begins.
Chat with Mary — optional AI assistance
When enabled, Mary is an AI assistant powered by OpenAI. With your separate chat permission, your question, up to six recent conversation messages and public PAYME knowledge are sent from this server to OpenAI to produce a reply. Do not share account identifiers, OTPs, PINs, passwords, API keys, card details or identity documents. This WordPress plugin does not save chat transcripts; the active page holds recent messages in memory and clears them on reload or Clear chat. Clearing the chat cannot recall information already processed by a provider. Provider retention, hosting logs, contractual safeguards and any international transfers need review before activation. Temporary HMAC-based abuse counters and aggregate daily request counts protect the service. Use the published privacy contact for requests once confirmed.
